Fruitful meeting with representatives from Metropolitan Tirana University to discuss project ideas and initiatives

EIT RawMaterials Regional Innovation Center Albania experts, Armela Xhaho, Perparim Alikaj, and Ana Fociro, had a productive meeting with Dr. Emir Dzanic, Vice Rector for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Startups, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Emre Cecen, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering & Architecture and the Project Office team at Universiteti Metropolitan Tirana.
Key highlights of their discussion:
- Identifying and initiating joint-venture projects and activities aimed at innovative academia-industry collaborations.
- Pioneering initiatives for a green transition and promoting a circular economy of raw materials in Albania.
- Encouraging the mutual transfer of knowledge, advice, and best practices among academia, public institutions, private companies, and research institutions.
